  • Multi-page property review on our high-traffic website
  • Aggressive multi-channel advertisement of vacant units
  • Scheduling and showing vacant units to prospective tenants
  • Background and credit checks of the tenants, outlined in a comprehensive report for the owner
  • Ownership of the lease signing process, including collection of a security deposit, turning over keys, and providing a welcome packet to new tenants
  • A move-in inspection, which includes digital photos of the unit
  • We navigate all Section 8 (CHAC) requirements at no additional cost
